Prima Bio Shrimp

Prima Probiotic in shrimp aquaculture is a live microorganism product that enhances agricultural productivity by benefiting not only the shrimp but also promoting soil health improvement in the pond environment through the use of premium organic fertilisers.

Improves Water Quality

Breaks down leftover feed and waste in the pond, reducing ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels. This process contributes to soil health improvement, which is essential for agricultural productivity. It maintains microbial balance in the water, preventing the growth of pathogenic bacteria.

Improves Shrimp Health

Utilizing premium organic fertilisers enhances the shrimp’s immune system, making them more resistant to disease. It also supports digestion and nutrient absorption, resulting in optimal shrimp growth.

Increases Pond Productivity

With good water quality and healthy shrimp, pond productivity can increase significantly. Additionally, this approach reduces the use of antibiotics and other harmful chemicals, making the farming process more environmentally friendly.

Mixed with feed

• Post Larvae (pl-day30): 2 - 3 grams/kg feed, dissolve in 20 - 30 ml water, and spray onto the feed.
• Grow out (day 31-90): 3 - 5 grams/kg feed, dissolve in 30 - 50 ml water, and spray onto the feed.
• Frequency: 3 consecutive days at the start of use, then twice a week for maintenance.

Application steps:

• Weight the requirement dosage.
• Dissolve in clean water (not chlorinated water).
• Stir for 1-2 minutes until fully dissolved.
• Spray evenly onto feed while mixing.
• Let stand for 15 - 30 minutes before feeding to shrimp.

For pond health (applied directly to water)

• Normal/preventive: 100 - 150 gams/1000 water once 
• Cloudy water/rising ammonia: 200 - 250 grams/1000 m³ of water for 3 consecutive days.
• Post-harvest (biological sterilization: 300 grams/1000 m³ of water, once and let stand for 2 days.

Application steps:

• Take pond water in a bucket (about 10 - 20 litres).
• Add Prima Bio Shrimp little by little while stirring.
• Stir vigorously for 3 - 5 minutes until fully dissolved.
• Let the mixture stir for 10 - 15 minutes (to activate the bacterial).
• Distribute evenly across the entire pond surface.
• Apply in the morning or late afternoon (avoid midday sun).
